About Us
At Think Fast Collective, we don’t just teach improvisation, we apply it in ways that are practical, relevant, and impactful for modern workplaces.
We combine over a decade of experience in technical and corporate environments with professional improvisational performance, giving us a rare dual perspective on how teams really work under pressure.
Through performing together across professional improv troupes, we saw first-hand how improv builds trust, communication, and creative problem-solving – skills that are essential at work, yet rarely trained deliberately.
That insight became the foundation of Think Fast Collective.
Our Mission
We design bespoke training experiences that give teams the practical skills to think on their feet, communicate clearly under pressure, and collaborate effectively – from early careers to seasoned professionals.
Our Vision
A world where people have the creativity, communication, and confidence to thrive at work.

Prab Riat
Prab discovered her passion for improv later in life, bringing a unique perspective from her career as a Chartered Civil Engineer. A graduate of the University of Warwick, she worked as a Principal Engineer designing complex rail bridges and managing major construction projects.
Inspired by the transformative impact of improv, Prab transitioned into the world of performance and training. She now manages the day-to-day operations of the Think Fast Collective and is a regular performer -when she’s not busy admiring bridges, of course!
